Based upon T. H. White's The Once and Future King, the musical Camelot tells the story of King Arthur's kingdom from the time of his marriage to Guenevere to just before his final battle.  With a libretto by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe, the musical was first produced on Broadway in 1960.  The film version, directed by Joshua L. Logan, starred Richard Harris and Vanessa Redgrave; it appeared in 1967.
